These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BizPlifier platform, including
our website, search engine, dashboards, subscription plans, and data intelligence tools (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Important
If you do not read or do not understand these Terms, you must not use the Services.
If anything is unclear, you must contact us before using BizPlifier.
1. Definitions
- “BizPlifier”, “we”, “us”, “our”: The operator of the Services offered at bizplifier.com.
- “User”, “you”: Any visitor, registered user, customer, or subscriber who accesses the Services.
- “Content”: Any output, results, data points, and materials displayed or delivered through the Services, including extracted or processed information.
- “Credits”: Units used to access certain paid features and tool outputs as described in these Terms and on our pricing pages.
- “Third-Party Content”: Content originating from third-party websites, services, or sources not operated or controlled by BizPlifier.
2. User Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.
- If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
- You agree that information you provide to create or maintain an account is accurate and kept up to date.
3. Privacy and Data Use
By using BizPlifier, you agree to our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.
We implement reasonable safeguards to protect user accounts and stored dashboard items.
Data Promise
We do not sell user-saved dashboard lists. Your saved work is intended to be private to your account, subject to your own account security practices.
4. Services
BizPlifier may offer, depending on your access tier:
- Free Visitors: Access to a general search experience with limited or truncated results.
- Registered Users: A personal dashboard and expanded feature access.
- Subscribers: Paid plans may include additional tools, deeper outputs, exports, and monthly credit allocations.
We may modify features, limits, plans, and availability over time. Where required by law, we will provide notice.
5. Credit System & Billing
Certain tools and outputs require Credits. Credits may be purchased or included with a subscription plan.
Credits are generally non-transferable and have no cash value unless required by applicable law.
5.1 When Credits Are Charged
- We charge for results retrieved and served to you (i.e., tool outputs and delivered results), not for browsing the website.
- When a tool is initiated and begins execution, it may not be stoppable. If execution starts, the applicable credit charge will apply.
- Credits may be charged even if you choose not to export results after delivery, because retrieval and processing occurred.
Non-cancellable Jobs
Because many tasks run in queued batches and consume compute resources, a tool execution may not be cancelable once started.
If a job starts processing, you acknowledge that charges may apply.
5.2 Subscriptions, Renewals, and Credits
- Subscription fees (if applicable) are billed on the schedule displayed at checkout.
- Payment processing is handled by PayPro Global. BizPlifier does not store full payment card or bank account details.
- Credits included in subscriptions do not expire while the subscription is active, unless otherwise stated at purchase.
- We are not responsible for lost or unused credits due to account compromise, user error, or failure to secure your login credentials.
5.3 Refunds
Refunds (if any) are handled according to applicable law and our posted refund policy (if provided). Tool execution credits used to retrieve results are typically non-refundable once outputs are delivered, except where required by law.
5.4 AI Receptionist Terms, Limits, and Charges
- The AI Receptionist is a usage-based service. Included monthly minutes are consumed first, then purchased overage minutes.
- Included monthly minutes do not roll over. Purchased overage minutes remain available until consumed.
- Usage is measured by exact call seconds, and billing reconciliation may use the highest valid duration available from call records for accuracy.
- When enabled, the AI Receptionist may automatically provision one supported number for eligible plans. Unsupported countries and additional numbers are contact-only unless explicitly enabled by BizPlifier.
- Only one active assistant language is supported at a time per assistant configuration. Language availability and pricing depend on your active plan.
- Plan upgrades may activate immediately and start a new billing cycle at upgrade time. Remaining included seconds from the prior cycle may be carried into purchased-overage balance.
- Plan downgrades may be prepaid, queued to period end, and treated as non-refundable once scheduled.
- If your subscription is inactive, suspended, canceled, or out of funded minutes without successful top-up, inbound AI answering may be blocked immediately.
- On non-payment, associated AI numbers can be scheduled for release before renewal deadlines to avoid recurring number charges.
- Suspended AI account operational data may remain accessible for a limited retention window (for example 45 days) before cleanup.
- Assistant responses may be limited to configured knowledge and operating mode (for example FAQ-only or message-taking mode).
- Call recording is disabled by default unless enabled by you and supported under your plan/settings. You are responsible for caller notice and lawful consent requirements in your jurisdiction.
- AI Appointment Scheduler add-on (where available) requires you to configure and maintain a valid calendar/workflow connection. You are responsible for calendar data accuracy, timezone correctness, and booking-rule configuration.
- AI Appointment Scheduler behavior depends on your selected operating mode and add-on status. If add-on access ends, appointment-specific behavior can be limited or disabled until reactivation.
- AI Call Recordings add-on (where available) permits audio storage and playback/download under your account controls. If the recordings add-on expires, is canceled, or is not renewed, recordings may be purged according to platform policy.
- You must ensure your use of appointment booking and recording workflows complies with all applicable laws, contractual duties, and industry rules, including consent, disclosure, retention, and cross-border transfer requirements.
- You are responsible for lawful use of automated calling/messaging workflows and compliance with telecom, consumer protection, privacy, and marketing laws applicable to your region.
5.5 Team Workspace Terms
- Team ownership and control rights are assigned to the designated team owner account.
- Team owners may grant, restrict, or revoke member permissions, including tool usage, shared data access, credit spending, credit purchasing, and AI usage visibility.
- When a user operates as a team member, spending and limits may be enforced against the owner wallet and owner-defined daily/member controls.
- Users with existing personal credit balances may be restricted from joining a team account, depending on platform policy and onboarding rules.
- Team activity events may be logged for security, billing, support, and audit purposes.
- If a team is deleted or access is revoked, member access can end immediately and account behavior may revert to non-team mode according to current platform rules.
6. Data Sources & Accuracy
BizPlifier indexes and analyzes information that may originate from publicly accessible sources on the internet.
Third-party sources can be incomplete, outdated, misconfigured, or changed without notice.
- Outputs may contain errors due to: source data quality, availability, regulations/robots directives, formatting issues, obfuscation, anti-bot measures, or technical limits.
- We do not guarantee completeness, correctness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- You agree to independently verify critical information before relying on it.
Disclaimer
All Services and outputs are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, and you acknowledge that mistakes can occur.
7. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Use
You agree to use BizPlifier lawfully and responsibly. You must not:
- Use the Services for unlawful activities, harassment, discrimination, or violations of privacy or consumer protection laws.
- Use outputs as the sole basis for decisions requiring formal verification (e.g., compliance, legal, safety-critical, or regulated decisions).
- Attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system operation, scrape the platform itself, or bypass limits and safeguards.
- Use BizPlifier in ways that violate third-party terms, robots directives, or applicable regulations in your jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for how you use any information obtained through the Services, including compliance with GDPR/CCPA and marketing laws where applicable.
8. Intellectual Property
BizPlifier’s name, branding, software, UI, algorithms, and platform components are protected by intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute BizPlifier’s proprietary code, designs, or system outputs in a manner that violates these Terms or applicable law.
- Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Third-Party Content & Non-Affiliation
- BizPlifier is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with third-party sites or entities referenced in results.
- We do not create or publish third-party content found online; we may index or process information made publicly accessible by others.
- We are not responsible for third-party website content, availability, policies, or changes.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BizPlifier disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Services.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
- You agree that your use of BizPlifier outputs is at your own risk, and that you must verify critical data independently.
Read & Understand
You acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms. Failure to read or understand does not reduce your responsibilities under this agreement.
11. Suspension / Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe you violate these Terms, misuse the platform,
or create operational/security risk. We may also take action to comply with law, legal process, or enforcement requests.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Where required by law, we will provide notice of material changes.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New York, NY, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
This section does not limit any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your jurisdiction.
