Terms and Conditions of Usage

Welcome to BizPlifier

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BizPlifier platform, including our public search experience, data tools, team workspaces, AI Assistant, guided onboarding, trial assistant, plans, add-ons, one-time packs, and related features (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Definitions

• “BizPlifier”, “we”, “us”, “our”: The operator of the Services offered at bizplifier.com.
• “User”, “you”: Any visitor, registered user, customer, or subscriber who accesses the Services.
• “Content”: Any output, results, data points, and materials displayed or delivered through the Services.
• “Credits”: Units used to access certain paid features and tool outputs as described in these Terms and pricing pages.
• “Trial”: The one-time trial assistant offer for eligible users, with fixed included features and limits.
• “AI Assistant”: The assistant workflow center for calls, messages, appointments, recordings, setup, and billing.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.
• If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
• You agree that account information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.

3. Privacy and Data Use

By using BizPlifier, you agree to our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. We implement reasonable safeguards to protect user accounts and stored dashboard items.

4. Services

BizPlifier may offer, depending on your access tier and current availability:

• Visitors: access to public search and public-facing product information.
• Registered Users: personal dashboards, saved work, and expanded feature access.
• Subscribers: paid plans that may include additional tools, deeper outputs, exports, and monthly credits.
• Trial Users: a one-time assistant trial with fixed limits and feature scope as shown in the UI.

We may modify features, limits, plans, and availability over time. Where required by law, we will provide notice.

5. Billing, Credits, and Trial

Certain tools and outputs require Credits. Credits may be purchased or included with a subscription plan. Credits are generally non-transferable and have no cash value unless required by applicable law.

5.1 When Credits Are Charged

• We charge for results retrieved and served to you (tool outputs and delivered results), not for simply browsing pages.
• When a tool begins execution, it may not be stoppable. If execution starts, the applicable charge may apply.
• Credits may be charged even if you do not export results after delivery, because processing and retrieval already occurred.

5.2 Subscriptions, Renewals, and Payments

• Subscription fees, if applicable, are billed on the schedule displayed at checkout.
• Payment processing is handled by PayPro Global. BizPlifier does not store full payment card or bank account details.
• Plan details, add-ons, and one-time packs are shown on the Plans page and may differ by user access tier.

5.3 Trial

• The trial assistant is a one-time offer and is available only where the UI and eligibility rules allow it.
• The trial includes the feature set displayed in the product UI at the time of activation.
• The trial can convert into a paid assistant in place if upgraded during the trial/grace window.

5.4 Refunds

Refunds, if any, are handled according to applicable law and any posted refund policy. Tool execution credits used to retrieve results are typically non-refundable once outputs are delivered, except where required by law.

6. AI Assistant Terms

• The AI Assistant may support calls, messages, FAQ responses, appointment scheduling, recordings, trial use, and guided onboarding.
• Operating modes, voice choices, language packs, caller access rules, and call limits are configured through the setup wizard or guided onboarding.
• The AI Assistant may be subject to plan limits, add-on restrictions, and service availability shown in the UI.
• If your subscription is inactive, suspended, canceled, or out of funded minutes without successful top-up, inbound AI answering may be blocked.
• Phone number provisioning, forwarding, and retention are subject to plan rules, product settings, and provider availability.

7. Team Workspace Terms

• A team has one owner who controls member permissions.
• Members can be granted or restricted for tool usage, shared data access, credit spending, credit purchases, and AI visibility.
• Team activity may be logged for operational and audit visibility.
• The owner is responsible for actions taken by team members within their granted permissions.

8. Public Data and Accuracy

BizPlifier works with publicly accessible web content and structures it into useful outputs. Public web pages can change at any time, and extracted data may be incomplete, obfuscated, outdated, or temporarily unavailable.

9. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Use

• You are responsible for your account security and for actions taken under your account.
• You must not use the Services for unlawful, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or privacy-infringing activity.
• You must not misuse credits, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the platform or its data.
• You must review the product guidance and ask for clarification if a setting, limit, or rule is unclear.

10. Intellectual Property

BizPlifier retains rights in the platform, its design, workflows, and proprietary systems. You retain rights in your own uploaded content and account data, subject to the permissions you grant us to operate the Services.

11. Third-Party Content and Non-Affiliation

BizPlifier is an independent indexing and analysis platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with the websites, companies, or entities that may appear in results. Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” BizPlifier and its operators disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, and for losses arising from third-party content changes, unavailability, or inaccuracies.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, engage in fraud, or create risk to other users or the Service.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
