General overview

BizPlifier is a platform that turns public web signals into practical intelligence. It combines search, enrichment tools, team workspaces, AI Assistant workflows, guided onboarding, trial access, and a roadmap toward specialized AI workers.

It is built for workflows, not ads. You search, classify, enrich, validate, export, and manage work in one place. The goal is to produce structured outputs you can act on.

Solo entrepreneurs, small businesses, growing teams, agencies, analysts, and anyone who needs to discover opportunities, compare competitors, enrich data, or run assistant workflows without stitching together multiple products.
Search, tools, and data public web intelligence

More than 20 tools and modules across these categories:
  • Web Analysis & Classification: categories, technology/service signals, thematic hints.
  • SEO & Content Analysis: keyword signals, link mapping, content structure, conversion elements.
  • Lead & Identity Discovery: contact signals and structured identifiers where publicly present.
  • Utility & Cleansing: validation, formatting, normalization, de-duplication, web testing.
  • AI Assistant Center: guided onboarding, plans, trial, recordings, appointments, and call controls.

It explains how BizPlifier works with publicly accessible web signals and organizes them into structured intelligence. The page also explains our responsible-use posture, limitations, and the fact that results must still be reviewed and verified.

Because websites differ. Some publish clear contact data, structured markup, documents, and useful content blocks. Others are sparse, obfuscated, or restrict access. BizPlifier cannot invent data that is not there.

Search finds records, Lists store them, and the tool suite lets you enrich or export those saved entries. This is the core flow for building repeatable research work.

Review the source page, try a different query or classification path, and confirm whether the website actually publishes the missing data. Some results are limited by the source itself, not by BizPlifier.
Teams owner-managed

A team has an owner who controls member permissions. Members can be granted or restricted for tool usage, shared data access, credit spending, and AI visibility. Team activity is logged for operational oversight.

Team operations follow the owner’s wallet and permissions model. The owner decides what members can spend, purchase, or see.

Yes, the platform supports multiple assistants per account. Each assistant keeps its own setup, billing state, and workflow data.

Start with the AI Assistant User Manual for setup and billing rules, the Resources Hub for step-by-step lessons, and the Forwarding Knowledge page for call forwarding.

Use the AI Assistant Activity pages for messages, calls, bookings, and team events. The assistant dashboard and mobile app also surface recent activity.
AI Assistant trial • onboarding • plans

It is BizPlifier’s assistant center for calls, messages, FAQ handling, appointment support, recordings, setup, and billing. It can be configured through the classic setup wizard or the guided onboarding flow.

Guided onboarding is a step-by-step setup path that asks only for essential information and fills the rest with defaults. It is meant for new users who want a simpler way to create their first assistant.

The setup wizard exposes the full configuration surface. Guided onboarding is the simpler path with fewer required fields and more defaults. Both write into the same assistant state, and users can resume later from web or mobile.

Yes. The trial assistant is a one-time offer for eligible new users with a fixed feature set: 20 minutes, 1 language pack, 1 calendar, and recordings for 30 days. It is designed so users can test the assistant before committing to a full plan.

Yes. The trial can convert in place to a paid assistant if the user upgrades during the trial/grace window. That preserves the assistant identity and the phone number where possible.

The trial expires under the configured trial rules. If you do not upgrade during the grace window, the assistant is no longer treated as an active trial and the number lifecycle can progress according to policy.

Assistant management is available from the AI Assistant dashboard, setup wizard, guided onboarding, plans page, and mobile companion flows. The same assistant can be reviewed and resumed from web or mobile.

Yes, if your billing and lifecycle rules allow it. The assistant can remain configured while you top up or renew, but live behavior depends on the active plan, minutes, and wallet state.

Yes. Guided onboarding is saved as a resumable draft so you can continue on web or mobile as long as you use the same account.
Billing, plans, and add-ons pricing

The platform includes recurring base plans, one-time packs, and add-ons. The exact features and limits are shown on the Plans page. Trial is separate and is not the same as the recurring Starter plan.

Because the page separates recurring plans, add-ons, and one-time packs. This makes it easier to see what is included, what is optional, and what applies only to a trial or a full paid assistant.

In the areas where BizPlifier credits are supported, yes. The UI will show the available route, and the wallet flow will apply the correct product.

The assistant is a usage product, so the operational unit is time. Money matters at purchase time, but the working dashboard focuses on remaining minutes, renewals, and top-ups.

Trial is fixed. It includes specific capabilities during the trial period and does not expose unrelated add-on purchase paths on the Plans page.

Wallet is the billing container. Credits are the stored value used for supported purchases. Minutes are the assistant usage unit for calls and are tracked separately in assistant spend history.
Callbacks and callback queue assistant calls

Callback is a separate assistant workflow used when the assistant cannot finish a conversation live. BizPlifier can queue the request and call the person back later with the same assistant context.

Callbacks can be created when a call overflows, when escalation fails and you chose Callback Queue, or when the caller explicitly asks to be called back.

Callbacks are available on Growth, Pro, and Enterprise. Trial and Starter do not expose callback purchases. Growth, Pro, and Enterprise also include a free main-assistant-number callback mode.

Yes. Callback calls consume assistant minutes the same way a normal call does. The billing screens focus on minutes used and minutes left, not on hiding the operational cost.

You can use a shared BizPlifier callback number, a dedicated callback add-on number, a verified business number routed through BizPlifier, or the assistant's main inbound number. The chosen mode is stored with the assistant and shown in setup.

Yes. The full Setup Wizard lets you customize callback greeting, callback fallback wording, callback after-hours wording, and callback-specific knowledge. Guided onboarding keeps those callback speech fields on their default values so setup stays short. If you choose the main assistant number mode, outbound callbacks use the assistant's own inbound line and inbound calls keep priority when concurrency is full.

Shared callbacks queue until BizPlifier has capacity. If the queue becomes too heavy, admins are alerted and can provision more callback capacity. Owners and members with permission can still review the queued items in activity.
Teams and permissions owner • member

Yes. A single owner can create multiple teams and separate members, restrictions, and activity by project or business unit.

Yes, if those teams belong to the same owner and the owner invited the member into each workspace.

The owner can limit tool usage, shared data access, credit spending, credit buying, AI usage visibility, member management, and daily credit ceilings.

The member is removed from that workspace and returns to their own account view. Their personal account remains intact.
Forwarding and phone numbers routing

It is the carrier-by-carrier guide for routing your existing number to your AI Assistant number and rolling the change back if you need to stop forwarding. It also explains the difference between using a BizPlifier AI number, forwarding your existing number, and requesting porting.

BizPlifier gives your assistant a new phone number and callers dial that number directly. You do not need to forward your existing business number for this mode.

Your current business number stays active, but incoming calls are forwarded to the BizPlifier AI number. This requires forwarding to be enabled at your carrier, PBX, or device level before the assistant can receive calls.

You asked your carrier to move your current number into BizPlifier. Porting is carrier-controlled, may be approved or rejected, and may involve additional costs. It is different from temporary forwarding because the number is being transferred rather than just routed.

The guide is organized around the US, UK, and EU flows, with common carriers and device-level instructions for France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Belgium, Czech Republic, Romania, Greece, and Austria.
Privacy, data, and limitations responsible use

BizPlifier aims to provide a privacy-aware experience and avoid profiling. Operational logs may exist for security, abuse prevention, and service stability, but we do not aim to sell personal search histories.

We aim to respect indexing controls where provided and process legitimate removal/privacy requests. If you believe content should not appear in our index, contact Support with the relevant URLs and details.

Yes. Public web content changes frequently and can be incomplete, obfuscated, or temporarily unavailable. Results are provided “as is” for information and research. Critical information should always be independently verified.

No. BizPlifier is an independent indexing and analysis platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with third-party websites or entities shown in results.

Use the Resources Hub. It contains guided lessons and use cases for search, lists, tools, AI Assistant setup, teams, billing, and troubleshooting.
Common issues and fixes troubleshooting

That is intentional. The setup wizard keeps you on the current section after local saves so you can continue work without losing your place.

Refresh once, then check the FAQ or contact Support with the exact page and button label. If it is a live issue, include a screenshot.

Stop and ask Support before changing it. The guided onboarding flow is there to simplify the process, and the manual explains the main setup areas.

The assistant should show an active subscription state, a live status, and successful Save and Sync confirmation. You should also complete one real test call or message flow.
Support help

Use the Contact page or email support. Include your account email, relevant URLs, and screenshots if they help explain the issue.

Start with the homepage, then read the About and Why pages. If you want to use the assistant, choose either the setup wizard or guided onboarding. If you want the public web tools, go to AI Tools first.
