Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers about accounts, credits, tools, indexing, privacy, compliance, and how BizPlifier works.

General Overview

BizPlifier is a privacy-aware search and intelligence platform built to help users discover, analyze, and structure publicly accessible web signals. It combines general search with specialized modules that extract and enrich useful fields from web pages.

BizPlifier is focused on workflow outputs, not ads. We aim to avoid profiling and provide tools that help users interpret pages: classification, SEO & content signals, webpage assets, and data cleansing utilities.
In practice: you don’t only find pages — you get structured intelligence fields from them.

It refers to the approximate number of records currently stored in our search index. Records can represent webpages and associated structured fields generated by our indexing and enrichment processes. The index is updated continuously, so counts can change over time.
Accounts & Access Visitor vs Registered

Visitors can use General Search. Creating an account unlocks the Intelligence Layer: advanced modules, saved workspaces, and credit-based retrieval for deeper outputs.

Registered users can access specialized tools, deeper structured fields (where available), and workflow features such as saved searches, organization, and controlled usage via credits/subscriptions.

If you want your account removed, contact Support from the Contact page and include your account email. We may need to verify ownership before processing a deletion request.
Credits & Billing Important

Credits are units used to access certain tool outputs and deeper results retrieval. Some actions are free (basic browsing/search), while tool executions and enriched output retrieval may require credits.

We charge for results retrieved and served through the platform (tool outputs / delivered results), not for simply viewing pages. Credit rules can vary by module and are shown in the UI where the action is executed.
Tip: if you’re unsure, ask Support before running a heavy task.

Some tools run in queued batches and may not be stoppable once execution starts. If a job begins processing, charges may apply because resources were consumed and results may already be generated.
Tools & Modules 20+ modules

BizPlifier provides multiple tool families, including:
  • Web Analysis & Classification: categories, technology/service signals, thematic hints.
  • SEO & Content Analysis: keyword signals, link mapping, content structure, conversion elements.
  • Webpage Assets: documents, clean HTML, text extraction, image discovery.
  • Utility & Cleansing: validation, formatting, deduplication, domain/web testing.
  • AI Tools: AI Receptionist setup, message capture, and usage-controlled call workflows.
  • Team Workspaces: owner-managed member permissions and shared workflow governance.
Note: availability can depend on your access tier and credit balance.

At this time, BizPlifier focuses on the web platform and dashboard workflows. If API access becomes available in the future, it will be announced clearly on the website.
AI Receptionist calls • messages • limits

AI Receptionist is an AI-powered call workflow for business FAQ answering and message capture. It uses your configured setup, knowledge, and operating mode to handle inbound calls.

Usage is tracked by call duration seconds. Included monthly plan minutes are consumed first, then purchased overage minutes. Included monthly minutes do not roll over, while purchased overages remain available until consumed.

Yes. If the subscription is inactive, or funded minutes are exhausted and no successful top-up is available, inbound AI answering can be blocked until funding/subscription is restored.
Team Workspaces owner controls

A team has one owner who controls member permissions. Members can be granted or restricted for tool usage, shared data access, credit spending, credit purchases, and AI usage visibility.

Team operations use the owner wallet according to owner-defined permissions and per-member limits.

Yes. Team activity entries are recorded for operational and audit visibility, including permission changes, invitations, ownership actions, and credit-related member activity.
Privacy & Compliance robots • removals

We aim to provide a privacy-aware search experience and avoid profiling. Operational logs may exist for security, abuse prevention, and service stability, but we do not aim to sell personal search histories.

We aim to respect indexing controls (such as robots directives) where provided and process legitimate removal/privacy requests. If you believe content should not appear in our index, contact Support with the relevant URLs and details.

No. BizPlifier is an independent indexing and analysis platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with third-party websites or entities shown in results. Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.
Data Accuracy & Limitations as-is

Yes. Public web content changes frequently and can be incomplete, obfuscated, or temporarily unavailable. Tool outputs are provided “as is” and may contain errors due to source changes, formatting issues, site restrictions, technical limitations, or network conditions.
Best practice: independently verify critical information before relying on it.

Because sites are different. Some pages publish contact info, documents, structured markup, or clear content blocks; others do not. Also, some websites restrict or obfuscate content, which can reduce what can be extracted reliably.
System Status & Maintenance live

Check the System Status page for operational indicators, rolling updates, and planned maintenance notes. We aim to perform maintenance in rolling phases to minimize disruption.
Security account safety

Use a strong unique password, do not reuse credentials across services, and avoid sharing your account. If you suspect compromise, change your password immediately and contact Support.
