1. Scope and acceptance
These Affiliate Terms supplement the BizPlifier Terms and Conditions. By submitting an application, enrolling in a program, using an affiliate link or nickname, or accepting ABC rewards, you agree to these Affiliate Terms and the program version that applies to your enrollment.
An affiliate relationship is not employment, agency, partnership, franchise, or a guarantee of earnings.
2. Eligibility and approval
Participation requires a BizPlifier account and administrator approval. We may request information needed to assess eligibility, prevent fraud, verify payout details, or comply with applicable law.
Approval applies to the affiliate profile. Each program may require a separate enrollment approval and can have its own published eligibility, attribution, reward, and time-window rules.
3. Program rules and rewards
The published version of each program controls its availability period, attribution model, click window, earning lifetime, reward hold, eligible events, caps, and whether rewards can stack. Published versions are recorded for auditability.
Affiliate BizPlifier Credits (ABC) are an internal affiliate reward balance. One ABC has the displayed BizPlifier value of US $1.99 for the applicable conversion or payout calculation, subject to the rules and approvals shown in the product. ABC is not a bank account, deposit, security, or transferable currency.
4. Account, reporting, and review
You must keep the information in your affiliate profile accurate. Dashboard reports are operational records and may be corrected if an attribution, eligible event, reward, refund, chargeback, or fraud review changes the qualifying result.
BizPlifier may place rewards on hold, reverse invalid rewards, suspend activity, or request supporting information where reasonably necessary to protect the program or comply with law.
5. Termination
ABC does not expire while your account remains open, subject to these terms and any lawful fraud, refund, or compliance adjustment. Deleting an account removes its affiliate profile, records subject to required retention, and remaining ABC as described in the general Terms and Privacy Policy.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited. Contact support before deleting an account with a pending payout, fraud review, or compliance request.
