BizPlifier Affiliate Manual

1. What this manual covers

This manual explains how to participate in the BizPlifier Affiliate Program from first application to account closure. It is a practical guide for applicants and approved affiliates. It does not replace the Affiliate Terms, Marketing Rules, Fraud Policy, Tracking and Privacy Notice, Payout Policy, or the published version of a program.

Affiliate BizPlifier Credits, called ABC in the product, are an internal affiliate reward balance. ABC is separate from normal BizPlifier credits. It is not cash, a bank account, a deposit, a security, or transferable currency.

2. Before applying

Check whether affiliate promotion is right for you

• You should have a real audience, customer base, community, content channel, professional network, or other lawful way to introduce BizPlifier to people who may genuinely benefit from it.
• You must be able to describe BizPlifier accurately and disclose that you may receive an affiliate reward.
• You must not use the program for self-referrals, fabricated signups, purchased clicks, automated activity, spam, or any other activity intended mainly to create rewards.

Read the current rules

• Read the Affiliate Terms, Marketing Rules, Fraud Policy, Tracking and Privacy Notice, and Payout Policy before applying.
• Read the details of each active program. A program can have its own availability dates, allowed channels, click window, earning lifetime, reward hold, caps, attribution rule, eligible events, and reward values.
• Do not start a new promotion until you know the channel is permitted by the program.

3. Apply to become an affiliate

1. Sign in to BizPlifier and open Affiliate Program from your dashboard.
2. Select Start application.
3. Provide your accurate legal name or business name, country, public promotion profile, and a clear explanation of why you want to join and how you will promote BizPlifier.
4. Read and accept the affiliate policies.
5. Submit the application and wait for administrator review.

Application review

• Approval is not automatic and does not guarantee acceptance into every program.
• BizPlifier may ask for clarification about your website, audience, business, promotion channel, identity, or payment information.
• Keep your profile current. Incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or unverifiable information can delay, reject, suspend, or end participation.

4. Request a program enrollment

1. After affiliate approval, review the programs shown in Affiliate Program.
2. Open a program only while enrollment is available.
3. Request enrollment and select a professional referral nickname when the program offers one.
4. Wait for enrollment approval before publishing a referral link, nickname, banner, video description, campaign asset, or paid placement.

Program-specific nickname

• A referral nickname is unique within its program and is intended for easy spoken, event, or offline referral.
• Nicknames are permanent for that program. Choose carefully; they cannot be renamed.
• Do not claim, imitate, trade, sell, or imply ownership of another affiliate's nickname.
• Tell each referred visitor to enter your exact nickname in the **Referral Nickname** field during registration. The nickname must belong to your active enrollment in that specific program.
• If the visitor does not enter it during registration, they can sign in, open **Affiliate Program**, and choose **Enter a referral nickname**. This opens the **Claim a referral nickname** page, where they enter the nickname and select **Record referral nickname**.
• The post-registration option is available only while the referred user is logged in, within 14 days of creating the account, before any confirmed paid qualifying event, and while your enrollment remains active.
• The nickname records attribution; it does not guarantee that a reward will be issued. The qualifying event, program rules, fraud checks, hold period, refunds, and chargebacks still control the reward.

5. Referral methods and approved placements

Opaque referral link

• Your issued link uses a secure opaque token, not a public username or predictable referral identifier.
• Use the link exactly as provided. Do not edit, mask, hide, iframe, redirect through a deceptive page, or attach it to an action the visitor did not knowingly choose.

Referral nickname

• Explain the nickname clearly to the new user and tell them where to enter it.
• A nickname is an explicit attribution choice. Do not pressure a visitor to use it or tell someone to use it if they were not genuinely referred by you.

Administrator-issued campaign assets

• BizPlifier administrators may issue links and campaign assets for a particular creator, YouTube or TikTok video, website, newsletter, community, advertisement, event, banner, or placement.
• Use only the asset and channel approved for that program. Ask before reusing an asset in a different placement or creating a new campaign.

Allowed promotion channels

• Websites, blogs, videos, podcasts, social media, communities, opt-in email, events, and other lawful channels may be allowed only when the program permits them.
• Paid search, paid social, coupon sites, browser extensions, cashback, retargeting, email lists, and other special placements require explicit program approval.
• You are responsible for platform rules, audience permissions, advertising disclosures, privacy requirements, and local law for your channel.

6. Make clear, accurate promotions

Required disclosure

Place a clear disclosure near every recommendation, link, post, video description, newsletter, or endorsement. For example:

I may receive an affiliate reward if you sign up through this link or use my referral nickname. I recommend BizPlifier only where it is relevant to the workflow described here.

What you may say

• Explain your genuine experience, a specific workflow, or a supportable product capability.
• Direct people to BizPlifier for current pricing, product details, plan conditions, and official support.
• Say that an affiliate reward may be earned if the program's conditions are met.

What you must not say or do

• Do not promise income, leads, sales, results, availability, discounts, support, approval, or product capabilities that BizPlifier has not expressly authorized.
• Do not impersonate BizPlifier, a BizPlifier employee, or an official support channel.
• Do not use spam, unsolicited messages, fake reviews, deceptive comparisons, trademark abuse, malware, unlawful targeting, or content aimed at children where prohibited.
• Do not represent yourself as an employee, agent, partner, or person authorized to make commitments for BizPlifier.

7. How referral attribution works

Link attribution and privacy choice

• Referral link attribution uses the first-party Marketing Cookie named bizplifier_referral.
• BizPlifier sets this cookie only when the visitor accepts Marketing Cookies. A visitor may refuse or withdraw this consent and continue using the website normally.
• If Marketing Cookies are not accepted, a referral link is not persistently stored in the visitor's browser. A valid explicit nickname can remain a separate user-provided attribution method.

Attribution priority and timing

• The program version determines whether a valid link or valid nickname has priority when both are present.
• The click window and post-signup earning lifetime are defined by the program version. The default click window is 90 days and cannot exceed 365 days. The default earning lifetime is 12 months and cannot exceed 18 months.
• A qualifying event normally creates one affiliate reward unless a program expressly permits stacking.
• Attribution is not a promise of a reward. The event must still be eligible, collected, within the relevant window, and pass review.

8. Read your affiliate dashboard

Your program enrollments

• The dashboard shows requested, active, paused, rejected, or other enrollment status.
• Active enrollments show issued referral links and any approved referral nickname.
• Program reports show operational counts such as referral clicks and attributed signups. Reports may be corrected if a review, refund, chargeback, non-payment, or fraud finding changes the result.

Affiliate BizPlifier Credits (ABC)

• Pending ABC: a potential reward that remains within its hold period or is awaiting required checks.
• Available ABC: a reward that completed the hold and is eligible for a permitted conversion or payout request, subject to later lawful adjustment.
• ABC normally does not expire while the BizPlifier account remains open. It can still be held, corrected, reversed, or removed for refunds, chargebacks, non-payment, fraud, policy breach, or legal compliance.

9. How rewards become available

1. A referred user takes an action that is an administrator-enabled eligible event for the program.
2. BizPlifier verifies the event and applies the program's published reward rule.
3. The reward is recorded as pending Affiliate BizPlifier Credits (ABC).
4. The program hold period applies. The usual default is 15 days, but the published program controls.
5. When the event remains valid after the hold and review, the ABC becomes available in the Affiliate Wallet.

Reward values and examples

• Administrators set the eligible events and the reward values. A program can use fixed ABC rewards, net qualifying revenue rules, first-event rules, recurring-event rules, caps, or other published conditions.
• Do not infer a reward from a click, signup, displayed price, gross payment, or a previous campaign. The published program version and final verified event control.
• The standard reference value is 1 ABC = US $1.99. A valid published promotional rate may apply to a specific period, program, or event.
• Illustrations shown in public pages are examples only. They are not a promise of earnings.

10. Convert ABC to BizPlifier credits

1. Open Affiliate Program and select Convert to credits.
2. Enter an amount no greater than your available Affiliate BizPlifier Credits (ABC).
3. Review the displayed rate and conversion amount.
4. Submit the conversion.

• Converted credits are normal BizPlifier credits and are recorded separately from the affiliate ledger.
• Conversion is subject to the displayed rate and the product checks in effect at the time of conversion.
• Do not submit a conversion while you believe the balance is disputed or linked to an unresolved fraud, refund, or payment issue. Contact support instead.

11. Request a money payout

Before requesting

• Your payout country and payout details must be verified by an administrator.
• The initial payout method is wire transfer. Other methods may become available only when BizPlifier publishes them.
• The payment amount after applicable fees must be at least US $50.
• You must provide accurate identity, tax, bank, and payout information when requested. You remain responsible for your tax obligations.

Request steps

1. Open Affiliate Program and select Request withdrawal.
2. Enter an available ABC amount.
3. Review the estimated gross amount, known fee, and net amount when shown.
4. Submit the request.
5. BizPlifier reserves the requested ABC while the request is reviewed.
6. An administrator approves, rejects, or requests further information.

Payout review and fees

• A payout can be delayed by identity verification, payout verification, fraud review, sanctions screening, provider requirements, banking processing, holidays, incorrect details, or a dispute.
• Bank, intermediary, currency-conversion, tax, compliance, or provider fees may apply. The net amount after fees must meet the US $50 minimum.
• If a withdrawal is rejected, the reserved ABC is released unless a valid hold, reversal, fraud action, or other lawful restriction applies.
• A payout request is not paid until BizPlifier records it as approved and completed.

12. Fraud prevention and strict prohibitions

The following are prohibited and may lead to a held or reversed reward, denied payout, program suspension, affiliate suspension, permanent ban, or reporting to relevant providers or authorities where appropriate.

• Self-referrals or referrals involving your own account, household, business, payment method, device, domain, or controlled account.
• Fake, duplicate, fabricated, stolen, automated, purchased, or incentivized registrations, clicks, payments, or usage.
• Click farms, bots, scripts, browser automation, traffic laundering, fake engagement, or activity designed mainly to unlock ABC.
• Cookie stuffing, hidden links, invisible frames, forced redirects, deceptive buttons, or any attempt to set attribution without a knowing visitor choice.
• Spam, unlawful messages, false reviews, impersonation, fake discounts, unauthorized coupons, trademark abuse, or unapproved paid-search and special placements.
• Attempts to alter referral tracking, program rules, billing, reward records, conversion, payout records, or another person's affiliate data.

If a review is opened

• Keep copies of your placement, disclosure, campaign description, and audience-permission evidence.
• Respond accurately and promptly if BizPlifier asks for information.
• Do not try to investigate another affiliate, access another account, or contact a referred user to influence a review.
• Report suspected abuse to support rather than taking independent action.

13. Paused, suspended, or banned participation

• A program enrollment can be paused or ended when the program schedule changes, a channel is no longer permitted, or a review is needed.
• An affiliate profile can be suspended while a material compliance or fraud case is reviewed.
• A ban ends participation and may result in loss, reversal, or withholding of rewards where permitted by the terms, fraud findings, refunds, chargebacks, law, or required compliance action.
• Contact support if you need clarification. Do not create a new account to bypass a restriction.

14. Closing your affiliate account

Before deleting your BizPlifier account

• Stop promoting all referral links, nicknames, campaign assets, and BizPlifier branding.
• Remove or update links, pages, profiles, advertisements, video descriptions, newsletters, and scheduled content you control.
• Resolve pending withdrawals, conversion questions, fraud reviews, payout verification, and support cases first.
• Download or retain your own lawful business records. BizPlifier may retain limited records where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or compliance purposes.

Effect of deletion

• Affiliate BizPlifier Credits (ABC) do not survive deletion of the BizPlifier account.
• The affiliate profile, program access, referral links, nicknames, and future earnings end when the account is deleted.
• Deletion does not erase records BizPlifier is legally required or permitted to retain, and it does not prevent correction of invalid activity discovered later.

15. Where to get help

• Open Affiliate Program for your current programs, links, nicknames, reports, available ABC, conversion, and withdrawal actions.
• Read the Affiliate Terms, Marketing Rules, Fraud Policy, Tracking and Privacy Notice, and Payout Policy for the binding requirements.
• Contact BizPlifier support before making a new promotion type, requesting a payout with changed details, deleting an account with pending activity, or acting on a suspected fraud issue.
